Is Your Resume Dated?
04 december 2009
If you are getting passed over for employment because of your resume, then it's time to make a change. Try to remove some of those older jobs and focus on tasks from the most recent. Also, don't put graduation dates, only degrees awarded. The rest can be discussed during the personal interview.
Tailoring Your Resume
24-09-2009
Make sure to tailor your resume to fit the job. Don't send out a generic page to every opening that you see. Employers want to see a fit for the position, not a person who will have to be shaped into it.

04-08-2009
Make sure that you know what format the prospective employer wants when submitting your resume. It might be PDF, .rtf, .doc or another form. This can save you time and hassle by getting your document read.
